Publicidad engañosa, plagas, invasión constante a la privacidad, corte de agua y cobros ocultos
Absolutamente nada. Ha sido la peor experiencia de hospedaje que he tenido.
Resumo los abusos, engaños, faltas a la privacidad e incidentes sufridos durante la estancia:
1. Evasión de canales oficiales y cobros indebidos:
> Desde el primer día, la anfitriona (Melissa) evitó comunicarse por el chat de Booking y me contactó directamente por WhatsApp para gestionar todo por fuera de la plataforma.
> Exigió un cobro sorpresa de $80.000 COP por concepto de aseo que jamás estuvo publicado ni detallado en la tarifa de Booking, sumado al pago de manillas. Al cuestionarle esto, insistió falsamente en que revisara la aplicación; sin embargo, al poner la queja ante el soporte de Booking, ellos mismos constataron que dicho cobro no tenía sentido ni sustento en la reserva.
2. Publicidad engañosa en la distribución y acomodación de camas:
> Reservamos para 5 personas porque la publicación de Booking especificaba claramente: 1 cama doble, 2 camas sencillas estilo camarote y un sofá cama.
> El problema no fue que mantuviera cerrada una habitación extra del apartamento por sus razones personales (tema de consumo de aire acondicionado o malas experiencias con huéspedes anteriores), sino la evidente publicidad engañosa: esas camas publicadas estaban dentro de ese cuarto bajo llave y el sofá cama sencillamente no existía.
> El espacio que nos entregó solo contaba con una cama doble y un colchón doble tirado en el piso, más un colchón sencillo guardado en el closet (que le pertenecía al camarote cerrado). El anuncio vendió una distribución que nunca estuvo disponible para nosotros, arruinando los planes de descanso del grupo y obligándonos a dormir en el suelo de manera muy incómoda.
3. Engaño sobre la privacidad e invasión constante al espacio:
> El inmueble es una subdivisión: una puerta común que da a un pasillo y de ahí a dos subapartamentos. Melissa aseguró que durante nuestra estadía no habría nadie en el espacio contiguo y que tendríamos total privacidad.
