Sun Peaks Resort in beautiful British Columbia just an hour shuttle ride from the Kamloops airport and is an ideal place to experience your next family and friends vacation in winter or summer. The Cahilty Hotel offers both indoor and outdoor hot tubs to relax in at the end of your day, a gym and complementary ski rooms as well. We are centrally located where you can wander through the lovely Sun Peaks Village and peruse the shops or dine at one of the many local eateries. By being located directly onto a ski run the Cahilty Hotel is ski-in/ski-out. Guests can use a common ski storage room and coin operated laundry facilities. Room #432 is a newly renovated grand lofted suite with new flooring, furniture, counters and pictures. You can look out the window of a beautiful view of mount Morrisey. Relax and read a book, play games, or watch TV in front of a warm fireplace. The suite has a king bed in the loft and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room and comes with TV/DVD player, bathroom, and full kitchen. Room #432 is 460 sq. ft. approx., can accommodate 4 people, and is a non-smoking and a dog free unit. There is so much do in Sun Peaks with golf, mountain biking, hiking, horseback rides and a weekly farmers market in the summer. Sun Peaks Resort is home to North America's first (and only!) Mountain Cross Cart (MCC) course. In winter Sun Peaks has three ski mountains and is the 2nd largest ski resort in Canada. Winters are amazing with 37 km of groomed Nordic trails, ski-bikes, ice skating, snow shoeing, a tube park, and many other activities.
