It was well equipped and nicely decorated and Etin made our stay worry free.

rooms were spacious and comfortable, the lock for the front door was easy to use and the wi fi was good also
the stairwell to the basement was bare concrete and made it feel almost eery when we went down. There were duvets on the beds instead of top sheets which i think is uncomfortable unless you are sure they are washed after every rental and the fridge had leftovers from previous rentals and made it seem dirty

Didn’t know door entrance was on the side of the house, but figured it out.
Not a lot of dish soap in kitchen. Cupboards/ glasses up very high for us short folk.
Didn’t know apartment was in a basement with stairs down. Again lucky our one elderly person could manage the stairs.

Bright, spacious , good value
1. No cleaning had been done, beds unmade. Owner did respond within reasonable time, seems there was a mixup with the cleaner
2. Use of highly perfumed laundry detergent had all 3 of us coughs - very unpleasant
3. Stairs to basement apartment unfinished
4. Bitt out of the way so car needed if staying
