It's clean and has most of the things you need, we were glad to feel this confortable. It has AC and heating, so it was good for temperature sensitive people. You can also turn off the lights from the bed with the remote which is super convenient. (there is many light modes which was great before sleeping).
I particularely enjoyed the fact we could wash AND DRY the clothes whitin a night (The bathroom has a drying function).
I didn't pay much attention but if I knew it would be this convenient I would have brought way less clothes and saved more space in my luggage! They also had the detergent!
I also enjoyed the fact we were in Asakusa but in a less crowded part. There was a lot of local people going on with their daily lives and that was interesting. Way less tourists then in the bigger streets.
It's a bit far by walk from the station (especially if you have a lot of stuff) but the walk is enjoyable because you get to go through the temple. However there is different bus stations just at a 1min distance so we had no issues at all! They get you to the closest stations in about 10 mins.
We had no trouble taking our big luggages to the station on the day we left, for exemple.
I don't think there would be a reason not to choose it if you want to stay in that zone.
There was a small issue with the smell of one of the washed towels, as well as one of the toothbrush packs already opened (i'm guessing the people who were here previously only opened it to use the mini toothpaste so it looked unused, so the person cleaning didn't change it for another).
It was directly solved the nexted day when I let them know the situation, they provided new towels and toothbrush sets.
Also I recommend for the hosts to make small changes that allows to keep the place tidy such as adding hangers, cleaning stuff. A fluffy blanket so that people can feel more confortable while staying here (it's difficult to share a single blanket with another person sometimes haha). It would make the stay go from "very good" to "perfect". (Especially for people that plan to stay more than just a few days like us, we stayed 9 days)
The bed was a bit hard for me, but it's more personal I think (could be useful for people that are used to soft beds).
Also please add more translations in the guide (exemple: for the washing mashine) :)
No big problem however!
