3 rooms in the center of lisbon, in santa marta. ideally located near the most famous avenue of Lisbon (Avenida da liberdade) and very close to the historical center.
The apartment is fully equipped and prepared for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, tv room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.
Close to public transport, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums, cinemas, theaters and other cultural sites. After arrival, is not necessary and the vehicle can move easily around the city.
No pets allowed.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Check in was super easy. Rute waited for us at the appartement and even let us in at arrival in the morning. Communication with Luis was easy and effective. Appartment is well located close to the commercial street and about 30 minutes from the Harbour by walk. Metro is close. The apt is cut into several small rooms, but has everything we needed. We traveled with 2 kids, who were fine on the double sofa bed separated into 2 simple beds. We got a few hot days, so the lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult as the nights were still 29 degrees. The apt has fans, so that helped. Yet we had to let the windows open to get some milder air. There may be quite some noise of people talking or playing on the street, so probably earplugs are a good idea. The apt had a bunch of little spider beetles in the apt, but they are harmless. I assume that Luis already took care of those. The above issues are not great, but not a deal breaker. All in all, very good stay which we would recommend.

Apartamente muy bien ubicado en centro historico de Lisboa. Fuimos como familia (4) y la verdad que muy agradable el espacio, cerca para ir caminando a todos lados y supermercados cerca para la compra. Luis y Maria fueron muy amable en todo momento y estuvieron atentos a nuestras consultas.
Repetire y lo recomiendo 100%.
