About this apartment rental
Apartment Type F offers space for up to 6 people across approximately 85 m² and two floors. The first floor features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom, and a balcony. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with additional balconies, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Energy costs are billed based on usage.
Apartment Type F – approx. 85 m² for up to 6 people The spacious Type F vacation apartment offers space for up to 6 people across approximately 85 m² and spans two floors. First floor: Cozy living and dining area with dining nook; fully equipped kitchen; guest restroom with sink; balcony. Upper floor (accessible via a wooden staircase from the living room): Bedroom with a French double bed and a balcony; second bedroom for up to 4 people with a single bed and a bunk bed, as well as a balcony; bathroom with shower and toilet. Amenities: Gas hot-water heating; energy costs are billed based on consumption.
The Vorauf Vacation Park is located at an elevation of approximately 700 meters on a
range of hills in the charming Chiemgau countryside. Originally,
there were three farms on the 65-hectare property. After two years of planning and construction, the first houses in what is now the “Vorauf II” area were completed in 1972. The village center was inaugurated in 1976. One of the three
farms, the Feichtenhof, had to be demolished in 1976; however, it was rebuilt in
the same year. Today, it houses nine cozy vacation apartments. The vacation park was named after the Vorauf farm. The property is located in the center of the vacation resort and was renovated in 1977 and 2012. In total, the Vorauf Vacation Park comprises 450 residential units as well as
spacious sports and recreational facilities, which we’d also like to introduce to you in our little
vacation guide.
