DURING YOUR STAY:

--> To notify us in case of Damage or Breakage.

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbours as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you to:

--> Empty all Garbage Items in the Accommodation before you Leave.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one place (returning them to a normal state of use).PGJyPg
--> Replace items and furniture moved during your Stay to their Original Place.

--> Make dishes Clean and store them in the cupboards as well as empty the Dishwasher.PGJyPg
--> Of Clean the appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, barbecue, etc.).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> Throw away or take all the food that has been opened

In the event that the accommodations are made dirty, we charge you the following rate: 250€ on leaving the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation in addition):

- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat per bathroom
- 2 dish towels

In case of loss of the keys/beep given or the breakage of a key or lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicates will be borne by the tenant.

Parties and parties are prohibited in the housing for the respect of the neighbours.
