The Accommodation
The air-conditioned apartment is located in a new building completed in June of this year, which is part of a magnificent Viennese Gründerzeit building. The two-room apartment is completely newly furnished, located on the first floor, and features a large terrace with a garden. It includes a spacious living room with a dining area and a smart TV, a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The bedroom features a king-size bed and a closet with plenty of storage space.
