Located on a corner lot in the Seven Points artistic area, it's close to everything! It's only 1 mile from downtown Florence, the University of North Alabama, and Wildwood Park. When you arrive you'll be welcomed by a classic 1930's front porch with rockers for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. When you walk in you'll be greeted by a real leather couch and loveseat for enjoying the 55" smart TV. As you pass through the living room, you will arrive in a dinning room which features an antique 1930's dinning table and chairs with seating for 6. The dinning room also has a desk and chair. The dinning room leads into the kitchen which has all new appliances. The kitchen offers a 5 burner Whirlpool convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Two bedrooms are located in the front of the house while the primary bedroom is on the opposite end for privacy. Each bedroom features a super comfortable queen size Sealy Posturepedic premium mattress, perfect for a great nights sleep. Each bedroom also has a TV for relaxing in bed. The primary bedroom has a sitting area with 2 chairs which provides a perfect spot for reading or scrolling on your phone. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The back bathroom features a tile shower and the front bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. We have all the soft towels and wash cloths you will need for your stay. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer with detergent provided. You will enjoy the cozy atmosphere inside and out. We have a brand new central heating and air unit so you can be confident in your stay. The outside has a Weber charcoal grill and a firepit with seating for enjoying the evenings.
