Thanks to their excellent location, they are the ideal spot for both active and relaxing vacations in every season.
There are 2 apartments available; each apartment accommodates 2+2 people and is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. A sauna is also available on the premises. Dogs are welcome. The price is listed per apartment.
For larger families or two families of friends, it’s possible to reserve two adjacent, interconnected apartments. This way, you can spend your vacation together while still enjoying plenty of privacy.
### Winter right by the slopes
In winter, the Mitterdorf ski area is literally just a few steps from the apartment. The area offers excellent conditions for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and sledding**. Since it’s only 50 m from the main ticket office, there’s no need to drive there every day.

Mitterdorf is also a great place for a family vacation in the summer. Right on the premises, you can try the Fly-Line, which is approximately 2,000 m long and offers an extraordinary experience in beautiful mountain scenery.
