About this apartment hotel
Welcome to Zinnowitz at Haus Sonnenblume.
Our vacation home consists of two nearly identical, cozy vacation apartments.
Both apartments offer everything you need for a relaxing family vacation for 3 people, plus one toddler up to 3 years old.
In each spacious living/dining room, you’ll find a cozy couch area and a lovely dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; there is also room for a travel crib here. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet.
Both apartments feature electric roller shutters, satellite TV, and DAB radio.
One free parking space is available per apartment, and Wi-Fi is included in the price.
During the warmer months, our guests also have access to a vacation garden measuring approximately 60 m². There is also a covered area for bicycles, with the option to charge any e-bikes you may have brought along.
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee.
If needed—for example, to have your newspaper subscriptions forwarded—there is also a mailbox available for each apartment.
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a security deposit, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.
We look forward to your visit.
