It’s new

The property is in the middle of nowhere, with no other guests, no restaurant, no snacks, and nothing planned. We drove a couple of hours to get there and were very disappointed. I asked the property manager for a refund or an alternative closer to restaurants and activities, but never received a response. In the end, I lost the full amount paid and had to book another place elsewhere. In my view, the property should not accept bookings if there aren't enough visitors to operate properly. Staff, restaurant, and bar should be organized in advance. If that had been communicated, we would never have booked. The experience was poorly managed. At the very least, a refund would be a reasonable response.
