The property looks completely different from the photos on Booking.com. We saw negative reviews before checking in, but being low-maintenance travelers, we just needed a simple place to sleep for two nights. In reality, it was a nightmare: filthy throughout, mirrors and windows in terrible condition, a foul smell, and a severe draft from broken windows. Another major issue is the transom window above the door in every room—the corridor lights stay on almost all night, shining straight into the room like headlights.
The room was freezing cold and extremely damp. We asked the host for extra blankets, and they promised to bring them that evening. Five hours later, they messaged back saying they couldn't come until the next morning, leaving us completely freezing all night. The following day, they promised blankets by 3:00 PM, only to send a message at 3:00 PM telling us we already had blankets and to figure it out ourselves.
The shared bathroom and toilet were filthy and neglected. The shower drain was clogged with hair, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water while showering, and the sink was covered in leftover spit and grime.
The bedding was also unwashed and covered in stains. Luckily, we brought our own bedding with us.
The biggest issue, however, was safety. Half of Vienna seems to know the code to the main door. Every night, random strangers kept coming in, ringing bells, shouting, and banging on doors trying to get in. Guests were terrified to step out into the hallway, while random passersby—3 to 4 unknown people at a time—were sleeping on the kitchen couch. Strongly do not recommend.

Really bad for sleeping
A short walk to the bus station.
The biggest problem is that the room has a big window to the hallway with no curtains and a hallway light right behind it. Every time someone went to the toilet or use the hallway, a lot of light shines into the bedroom and woke us up.
As well as this, there is only 1 toilet/shower for the 5 or so rooms with multiple people, the toilet was filthy and frequently in use. Wet floor from the shower. No hot water in the bathroom sink.
Also the room only had 1 plug socket.
If you need a good night's sleep I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Na pár noci je to fajn
Dobrá lokalita, nízka cena, velmi dobrá komunikacia
Dvere na toaletu sa nedajú zatvoriť. Pri zdieľanom ubytovaní je to určite veľký problem.
