Very nice great location for what I needed. But not happy having to collect keys from a Shop

Apartment very nice. But wasn't pleased I had to collect keys from a shop not close to buliding. It was uncomfortable having to do it. Cost me to much money in Taxi's. Please reconsider doing that for future people.

I liked it being close to where I had to go walking distance.

Filthy apartment, definitely not luxury let alone clean!

Good layout, the apartment has great potential

The apartment is filthy, allegedly it was cleaned the day I was booked, and the sheets changed, I have videos and photos that show this apartment has not been cleaned in a while, either it’s a scam and someone lives there between bookings, or the cleaning company are taking the owner for a scam! I can provide evidence that the bedding was not fresh, amd was covered in human hair, pillow smelt of men’s aftershave, the bathroom mould is extensive, toilet was dirty and smelt of urine, leaking tap in the kitchen, door handle is semi-broken, the owner said they would get cleaners out.. at 8:30pm on a sat night? And I was a lone female, it was that bad I didn’t stay and booked elsewhere, still fighting for my refund - do not stay here

AMAZING, CLEAN AND CENTRAL LOCATION

Was a last minute booking, was in 2 minds after reading the previous review but the location was perfect right on Broadstreet very close to everything, key collection was a short walk away, apartment was spotless and host well they was amazing! Cannot fault the property at all, the views were unreal. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, will definitely book again!

Loved everything about it

Not as advertised, steer clear

Location

The key pick up is not as advertised, key not kept at accommodation, have to pick up and return away from property location. If you are arriving into New St Station, 26 minute walk to get to key(see photo), if you don’t know Birmingham not easy to find the shop!Advertised as Luxury Penthouse, not clean, some facilities as advertised don’t exist. There’s a Christmas tree in the lounge area! No toiletries, other than those left by other guests. No coffee maker. One towel each, no hand towels. I could go on
