One team member had a more positive experience, rating their stay 4 out of 5. However, no specific positive aspects were identified in the feedback provided.
We were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. One of the four en-suite rooms did not have a shower, forcing a team member to use a communal shower. One room had a TV positioned behind the bed, making it impossible to watch comfortably, while two TVs had no remotes. There was also no complimentary hand wash or soap provided. Cleanliness was a concern, as one team member reported that their bed appeared not to have been properly cleaned and smelled as though someone had recently slept in it. Additionally, the property was undergoing construction, which negatively affected its presentation, and sand obstructed the access area leading to reception. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness and general presentation fell below our expectations.
