I had a great time at this cosy new hotel! The staff was great, one of them made our stay truly magical. They were super tentative, helpful, and new all the local cool spots to go to. They could gave us tips regarding beaches and sights, everything. Rooms were clean and neat, comfortable, spacious. Excellent breakfast and tea were served. Overall, the hotel was well-equipped and comfortable to stay at. Oh, and the location was great too! Quiet but still close to the city:)
I can only recommend this place!

Urchins exactly what I was looking for
Good spot in the jungle but close to everything I needed. You wake up surrounded by forest and animal sound and the surroundings are beautiful.
The vibe with other travellers is easy — people hang out if you want to, but there’s plenty of space to keep to yourself and just chill. Both work here, which is rare.
The rooftop yoga class was awesome.
Staff are genuinely kind, polite and helpful with everything. And the host is an European girl who is wonderful — super funny, full of tips on local things to do, and happy to help organise activities.
If you want good vibes, good people stay here.
Nothing bothered me, everything was fine.

Street Urchins is honestly such a gem. I’ve been to Ahangama before and this is definitely one of the places I’d recommend without hesitation. The location is amazing - beautiful beaches, great surf, really nice cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s also a perfect base for exploring the area.
Judith is a huge part of what makes the place so special. She’s incredibly warm, helpful and attentive. You basically just have to blink and she’s already there, helping with whatever you need. At the same time, everything feels super relaxed and easy.
The room was really nice, comfortable and exactly what we needed. But more than anything, it’s the overall vibe that makes Street Urchins stand out - you immediately feel welcome and taken care of.
Thank you <3
