Keys were in a lock box, not picked up from Reception, but instructions were clear and keys easily found. The unit was brilliant with great views, clean and comfortable, great bed, great aircon and with cooking facilities and a fully functioning kitchenette, with crockery, cutlery and cooking implements. Rooms were adequately sound proofed, with the TV from next door only just noticeable A 2 minute walk, places you in great dining or cafes along the waterfront and easy access for the Whale watching tours. Communication was fast and effective... including when I locked my keys inside. Personnel were there within 20 minutes to give me access back in to get them... THANK YOU.
The price I paid for 2 nights, was on par with what I would have paid elsewhere per night. A 2 minute walk to an amazing restaurant, meant I could have a couple of drinks and walk home, rather than calling a cab.
Had a great time here and will definitely be back next whale watching season.!
It is a bit of a maze to go between floors and doors, due to the design of the building, but not a biggie. Once you did it the first time, it was no issue
