We really enjoyed our stay at Esther’s homestay, and Esther and her family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly doing their best to make guests feel comfortable.
However, the property is still under construction and very much in its development phase. Unfortunately, several things were not working properly, including the shower and Wi-Fi. Although many things appear to be new, the overall quality does not always meet expectations.
The diving services were also quite chaotic and disorganized. Some arrangements did not happen as communicated, and equipment had to be changed, which made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat uncertain about the organization and reliability of the service.
Regarding the food included in the package, this was also not quite to our taste. Considering the overall price, we felt that the experience did not fully meet our expectations.
We genuinely appreciate Esther and her family’s hospitality and believe they are trying their best. However, the homestay and its services still need time, organization, and improvements to reach the level expected at this price point. With further development and better coordination, this place has the potential to offer a much better experience in the future.
