We originally booked a two bedroom apartment with DAXA but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Luckily, the host arranged an upgrade to a three bedroom apartment at no extra cost.
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the DAXA team was. They were easy to reach, quick to respond and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
We also booked a Mekong Delta tour through them, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Despite the small change of plans at the beginning, everything worked out really well.
I’d definitely recommend DAXA to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, especially if you appreciate a helpful, reliable host who goes the extra mile. We’d happily book with them again on our next trip to Vietnam!

Easy for car drivers to pick up and drop off.
Very noisy from construction works next window, not recommended when you are light sleeper.
Property change location last minute, not expected.
Bathroom need toilet paper, shower lack of door, after take shower the whole bathroom get wet, slippery.
Cooking pot is too small, get burn easy.
After confirm the check out time, they send the clean up lady come 1 hour before I get out.
