This rental is all about location. It was amazing. During our stay we were rarely more than 15 minutes walking distance from the unit. There was so much to do in the area. Ending each night with the people watching from the balcony was wonderful.
The unit was uncomfortably warm. Our stay was at the beginning of October and I can't imagine what it would be like mid-summer. The greenhouse effect just bakes the unit, even with the shades down. While the glass walls provide a super awesome view, the sliding door to the balcony is the only thing you can open so there is no way to get any airflow. While the unit does have what they refer to as "Air conditioning units" (Two in the living room and one in each bedroom), they are little more than fans. I think the property managers blame user error for insufficient air conditioning but do not leave very detailed instructions for its use. I am confident that I used the units correctly (including ensuring that the living room units were set to identical settings) but the airflow from them was only slightly cooler than room air and definitely not sufficient to cool the entire unit. It did cool down relatively quickly and easily at night with the balcony door open. The only possible negative other that climate control was that some small details were just slightly less than the highest quality, like some soft spots on the floor and little to no drainage on the balcony when it rained.

Very clean, tidy and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay local to Leicester Square, SoHo. Will be using again in the future.
