Good location and potential, but serious cleanliness and maintenance issues
I believe guests deserve an honest picture of what to expect, which is why I am sharing this review.
Unfortunately, the apartment was significantly different from the photos and was a major disappointment. It was very run-down and poorly maintained. The sofa and chairs were stained, the walls were marked and dirty, the furniture was worn out, and some electrical sockets were loose and coming away from the walls. The bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell. We also had concerns about the cleanliness of the bed linen and towels. Even if they had been washed, they certainly did not feel fresh or properly prepared for guests.
The most serious issue, however, was the presence of cockroaches, which we found in the kitchen, bathroom, and other areas throughout the apartment. This was completely unacceptable from both a hygiene and comfort perspective.
The only positive aspect was the communication with the person managing the apartment. They were very responsive, listened to our concerns, and genuinely tried to help. We ultimately stayed because finding alternative accommodation on short notice was difficult. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, and it is certainly a stay in Marseille that we will remember for a long time, but for all the wrong reasons.
My hope is that the owner will take this honest feedback seriously into consideration and invest in improving the property's condition, cleanliness, and maintenance. With some care and attention, it could become a very pleasant place to stay. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that potential and I cannot recommend the property in its current condition.

Traumatic
We had to book another hotel room because this property was unlivable. Not only did it not look like the pictures it was also dirty. the bed was broken, the sheets were stained. The water smelled terrible, the bathroom was moldy. The worst part were the roaches, in the kitchen cabinets, living room and bedroom. Oh and they didnt even have wifi….
