The room was exsactly as seen in the pictures, could tell it had not long been refurbished so was very fresh and clean.
Unfortunately this is not a hotel its just rooms with on suite. The main door gets locked at midnight and guests do not get keys. I understand others had been told to just call to be let in, I however was told on check in if I was not back I'd be locked out. I would however like to add that I did arrive back later than midnight on one of the nights during my stay durle to transport issues, the staff were very helpful and waited until I arrived back. I think it would be helpful to give guests a key to the main door as this property is in a prime.location near the sea front and many bars and nightclubs.

Rooms were freshly painted and all new to be expected as only opened 2 weeks ago.
This is not a hotel !! This is more of a guest house and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Over priced.
Our rooms were on the top floor which was 3-4 flights of stairs. I wasn't too pleased to find people smoking weed outside the HMO house next door.

The location is good. I think when it’s been up and running a bit longer it will be a good place to say for the money x
The location is good. It was nice and clean and tidy inside in general. but you could tell it’s new checking in and out was a bit awkward he had to come up my telly as it wasn’t done x and there was no Wi-Fi x Butt on the hole I think eventually it’ll be quite good x
