Pros: communication with staying here was brilliant and well informed of all steps of check-in to check out. And checked in with me throughout the stay.
The room was spacious and I liked having a kitchenette in there as well. It was a quiet place to stay and not far to grab buses into the city centre or grabbing the train when arriving/leaving Edinburgh.
Not far from some decent places to eat quickly.
I would stay there again. But for people who aren't students this is only available during the summer. During term times from Sept, it is only for students, which currently I am.
I would definitely stay again if in Edinburgh
A couple of minor things I didn't like in the accommodation was the mattress in the accommodation. It was a double bed mattress but felt like sleeping on a plastic cover. And the sheet on top of the cover was fitted so every time I moved in my sleep the sheet moved and ended up on the plastic feeling mattress.
Even if they could buy a mattress comforter on the top with a fitted sheet it would make it 10x better.
The other was lighting. Not much apart from the main light or the light be the bed which didn't light up much in particular. Maybe a lamp would be good for the desk

The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was in good condition, and the facilities made my stay very convenient. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby amenities and public transport. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
