The amazing staff and the excellent Bangladeshi food were the star highlight of this place. Everyone was cheerful and kind and was visibly sad to see us go. They often went out of their way to show extra kindness and service. There are too many wonderful employees to mention, but "GM" and Sister Saida really went the extra mile for us.
There were a few minor issues with cleanliness or maintenance, but all were addressed or changed by the wonderful staff.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, incredibly polite, and always eager to assist. Great location in Khulna with excellent amenities and delicious food at their restaurant. Highly recommended for business travelers and families alike.
Nothing at all! Everything exceeded my expectations.
