It really is a lovely vacation home with a beautiful property. It was inviting and nicely decorated. We felt welcome from the very first moment, and there were fresh flowers on the table. I’ll definitely be back.
However, there are cobwebs hanging over the doors and on the ceiling. Everything was nicely cleaned from eye level down, but it was missing that final touch when you looked up.
As for suggestions for improvement, I’d like to mention:
- More patio furniture and umbrellas. We had guests one day and didn’t have enough outdoor seating. In addition, there’s sleeping space for 8, but only outdoor seating for 5.
- A fold-out drying rack for wet swimwear and towels after a day at the beach.
- By the shower, it looks like the wall under the sink is showing some wear and tear. There’s no baseboard, so the wall near the floor seems to be taking a bit of a beating. I just think that’s a shame, since you have such a nice, new bathroom. Maybe a small glass panel could keep the water inside the shower stall?
- There was a slightly sour smell in the bathroom; we couldn’t figure out if it was coming from the drain or the washing machine.

A very cozy house—it was tidy, neat, and great, with plenty of sleeping arrangements and a well-equipped kitchen. We could have used better chairs and a better bed (at least the one in the middle bedroom).
