About this house rental
Right next to the bus stop. 7 minutes to Leogang and Fieberbrunn. Hochfilzen train station is a 5-minute walk away. Buchensteinwand is 7 minutes away by car. 5 parking spaces at the house. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, oven, steam cooker, coffee maker, and toaster. Upon request, we’ll stock your refrigerator as needed before your arrival. Common room with satellite TV, PlayStation 4 + games, and a library. The basement features a small sauna, laundry room, and ski boot dryer.
Ideal for group trips. Large common areas. For skiers, we’ve installed a ski boot dryer and ski rack in the basement. Storage for up to 12 sets. In the summer, this room is perfect for locking up your expensive bicycles.
One of the owners lives in the house, with a separate entrance, and is happy to assist you with any needs you may have while you’re here.
Up to 5 cars can be parked right next to the house. There are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity of the house. An ideal starting point for bike tours in the Kitzbühel Alps.
Check-in is via an access code.
However, we are always available to you and on-site.
Location, location, location—the trailhead for the cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house, and the trailhead for the night trail is behind the house. 20 meters to the ski bus stop for Leogang or Fieberbrunn (7 minutes by the free ski bus). Bakery across the street, restaurant 50 m away, bank, post office, and tourist office 50 m away. The Hochfilzen train station is only 200 m away. You can even take the train back from après-ski in Kitzbühel to quiet Hochfilzen at 1:00 a.m.
The affordable Buchensteinwand ski area is just a 5-minute drive away. Access to the cross-country ski trail network is right in front of and behind the house. Leogang and Fieberbrunn are each about 7 minutes away by the free public bus.
