Located on the 1st floor without a lift, it combines a living room, dining area and sleeping area thanks to a Murphy bed that folds up during the day, freeing up the entire room. The peacock blue sofa and the round table surrounded by two coral chairs create a warm dining area, bathed in light thanks to the window overlooking the street. A storage cupboard offers a practical space for belongings, and the air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in all seasons. The equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook (oven, hob, hood, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine). The modern bathroom completes this space designed for a pleasant stay. Ideally located a stone's throw from Cannes-Ville train station, this studio is an excellent starting point for exploring the city and its region.
