---- THE PROPERTY ----
Guests will have the entire villa at their disposal, including the pool, parking, and private grounds. The villa measures 270 m² and features a large covered outdoor terrace. The terrace offers a stunning view of the sea in Imperia and the surrounding green hills. This space is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading in peace, and savoring the sea breeze on summer evenings.

The property is arranged over two floors, both with access to the garden. The lower floor consists of a spacious living room, a sitting room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath with a washing machine, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of two double bedrooms with ocean views, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a TV, a bar area, and a home office for remote work.
From the living room, French doors lead out to the panoramic terrace and the outdoor garden.
Both floors feature a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

Villa Zara is named after Zara, the German Shepherd who lived in the villa for years, and in her honor we have decided to make the property 100% pet-friendly. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 3 dogs of all sizes; it is fully fenced and offers a spacious outdoor area where your four-legged friends can finally run freely without the risk of wandering off. In the garden, in addition to the pool for human use only, you’ll find a pool entirely at your pets’ disposal.

Inside, the following items will be available for your use:
- large, washable summer dog beds;
- bowls of various sizes;
- sanitized rubber toys;
- cooling mats;
- a box full of sticks to play with;
- a leash hook;
- a grooming kit consisting of shampoo and wipes
- poop bags
- a brush and nail clippers.

---- OUTDOOR AREAS AND POOLS ----
A 1,000 m² garden surrounds the villa and is available for guests’ exclusive use; a hammock and a hanging chair will allow you to relax while your four-legged friends run and play freely thanks to the fully enclosed fence surrounding the property.

The villa features two swimming pools:
- The swimming pool for human use (12 x 4.5) has a minimum depth of 1.40 m and a maximum depth of 2.10 m. The property provides lounge chairs, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella.
- The dog pool (229 x 152 x 46 cm) is suitable for dogs of any size, provided their nails are checked beforehand; to prevent damage, we kindly ask that the dog’s nails not be too long. A nail clipper will be provided to facilitate use of the pool.

The Villa offers a splendid view directly overlooking the Parasio in Porto Maurizio, a labyrinth of medieval alleys, small squares, and arches that climb up a promontory overlooking the sea and the Alps.
On the other side, you’ll find Oneglia, the lively commercial heart of Imperia, with its harbor and Calata Cuneo, where you can enjoy fresh seafood dishes.

The property’s main attraction is its proximity to nature and its distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. The center of Imperia is 5 km from the villa and can only be reached by car in 11 minutes.

Imperia is famous for its cultural heritage, with historic attractions such as the Parasio and Villa Grock, and for its traditional cuisine. You’ll only truly experience the essence of this city after tasting its extra virgin olive oil and Taggiasca olives.







---- HOW TO GET TO VILLA ZARA ----
An uphill road leads to Villa Zara. The Villa is easily accessible by any type of vehicle; if you are not a confident driver, we recommend a mid-sized vehicle to avoid any difficulties. The Villa is located in a quiet area away from traffic; it is accessible only by car or taxi, and there is no public transportation in the immediate vicinity.





---- CHECK-IN ----
Check-in is in person. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted and given a brief tour of the property. We’ll provide you with all the necessary information about the villa and the experiences Imperia has to offer; we’ll also be happy to recommend restaurants, shops, and places to visit.
We’ll take a few minutes to sign the contract and collect the tourist tax, after which you’ll be free to start your vacation!







---- HOUSE RULES ----
We kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
- Smoking indoors and leaving cigarette butts in the garden is strictly prohibited
- Parties are not allowed
- We ask dog owners to trim their four-legged guests’ nails to prevent damage to the dedicated pool
- Check-out, unless otherwise agreed upon at check-in, must take place by 10:00 a.m.
- The main pool is for human use only
- Do not remove the sofa and armchair covers
