It includes air conditioning (in both the living room and the master bedroom) for the summer, and a cozy fireplace downstairs for chiller days.

Ground Floor: Features a cozy open-concept living and dining area with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed (perfect for the 5th guest). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, and electric kettle. A convenient half-bath (toilette) is located on this level. On the ground floor's outdoor area, you'll find the BBQ grill, ready for traditional open-air Argentinian asados.
Upper Floor: Upstairs leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom (this level features the full shower). The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (two single beds). The absolute highlight of this floor is that both bedrooms open up directly to a beautiful elevated terrace, perfect for taking in the fresh country and ocean air!
