The apartment features three bright rooms, including two comfortable bedrooms that ensure restful nights. The heart of the home is the inviting living room with its cozy sofa area, which flows seamlessly into the open, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Here you’ll find modern amenities such as an induction stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator with three freezer compartments, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed self-catering experience. An automatic ventilation system ensures an ideal indoor climate in all rooms; it can both cool and heat the space via the in-wall heating system, which is powered by a modern solar energy system for sustainable heating.
The apartment is located in a charming village, just 500 meters from the fine sandy beach. The 1,000-square-meter, enclosed property offers plenty of privacy.
