Black Forest Marie Vacation Rental – Duplex Apartment in Terrassenpark Sasbachwalden

The Accommodation

Our duplex vacation apartment is located in Terrassenpark in Sasbachwalden and offers approximately 45 m² of space for up to 4 people.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a shared building within a vacation complex. The apartment is accessible via the stairwell; there is no elevator.

The apartment spans two levels:

•⁠ ⁠The lower level features the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
•⁠ ⁠The separate bedroom is located on the upper level.

The staircase inside the apartment has a handrail.

The living area and the upper part of the apartment are darkened with curtains, but these do not block out all light.

Bedding, hand towels, and shower towels are provided in the apartment.

The apartment includes a private, covered parking space directly beneath the building.

Pets & Rules

•⁠ ⁠Smoking is permitted (only on the balcony); please dispose of cigarette butts afterward.
•⁠ ⁠Parties and events are not permitted.

Visitor’s Tax & KONUS Guest Card

•⁠ ⁠Visitor’s tax: €2.20 per person/night for guests 16 years and older
•⁠ ⁠The visitor’s tax can be left in the apartment upon departure and will be collected later.
•⁠ ⁠Upon arrival, you will receive the KONUS guest card. This card allows you to use buses and trains in the Black Forest for free during your stay.
