The house is in the heart of Cardinale, an authentic village where evenings are simply delightful: the air is cool even in the height of summer, and you can dine al fresco at the village’s trattorias, enjoying authentic Calabrian cuisine at prices that will seem like they’re from another era. Homemade pasta, vegetables from the garden, local wine: here, eating well isn’t a luxury—it’s the norm.
Completely renovated and optimized for maximum structural and energy efficiency, the villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children—ideal for families and groups of friends who want the entire house to themselves.
