The detached vacation home “Sünnhus” is situated in a quiet location in Bünsdorf on Lake Wittensee—surrounded by nature and close to the water. With approximately 63 m² of living space, it offers a relaxing retreat for up to two adults, plus a toddler if needed—ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families who appreciate nature, peace and quiet, and easy access to the lake. The enclosed property, measuring about 400 m², offers plenty of privacy.
The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the house: A cozy sofa nook with a TV invites you to relax, and on cooler days, the stove provides cozy warmth. The fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the living space, makes self-catering easy—with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and blender, you’ll have everything you need for breakfast, coffee breaks, and cooking together in the evenings.
The bedroom is located on an open loft above the living area and is accessible via a spiral staircase—featuring wooden floorboards and a cozy spot for the night. The bathroom is designed as a spacious shower room—modern, bright, and equipped with everything you need for your daily routine while on vacation. The house is allergy-friendly and a smoke-free property. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are available upon request; child-proof outlets provide additional safety.
Right next to the house, you’ll find a carport with two private parking spaces. In town and the surrounding area, you’ll find shopping, banks, doctors, and a hospital within easy reach; the nearest restaurant is only about 500 m away. The Baltic Sea is about 15 km away, so you can easily enjoy both lake and sea air. Dogs are welcome upon request.
