The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers a free parking space right on the property. Even larger vehicles and vans can be parked here. Thanks to its ground-floor location, the apartment is particularly easy to access, and loading and unloading luggage, tools, or sports equipment is hassle-free.

• a cozy living room with a large sofa
• Wi-Fi and a TV
• a free parking space on the property
• a free-to-use washing machine in the basement
• good access to public transportation
• excellent shopping options
With proper preparation, up to five people can stay in the apartment. The sofa bed in the living room is available for the fifth person.
Perfect for business trips and extended stays
Thanks to the parking space, the washing machine, and the good public transportation connections, the apartment is particularly well-suited for tradespeople, technicians, business travelers, and employees working on long-term projects.
The parking space also offers a practical advantage for canoeists and other guests with larger equipment.
If you’re traveling with a larger group or a team, you can book Apartment A together with our Apartment B in the attic. Apartment B has six sleeping spots and an additional sofa bed.

Our apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Lechflössle and the Schlössle. You can easily reach downtown Augsburg by bus and tram.
Munich is also easily accessible. The A8 is nearby and, depending on traffic, takes you to the Bavarian capital in about 30 minutes.

After a day out, you can relax in our cozy apartment. Upon request and by prior arrangement, you can also barbecue on the property; a grill can be provided.
