Excellent location. 3 minute walk to Robson St. 10 minute or less walk to Burrard Station. Property and building itself were quiet, neighboring rooms were quiet. Close to great cafes, restaurants and shopping and the building itself is very clean.
Property says it is professionally cleaned but it was dusty, cobwebs in bathroom and in bedrooms. Kettle had white gunk in it. No paper towel on paper towel holder and no tea towel to dry hands in the kitchen. The bath towels smelled stale and left fluffy residue indicating they were perhaps new and not washed, or not washed well or recently.
WiFi password and network are incorrect in welcome instructions and personal concierge is not responsive. We had one unhelpful response during our entire 4 night stay and ultimately no WiFi for our overseas guests that were traveling with us.
The property gets extremely hot, though there are lots of windows without fly screens and an air conditioning window unit.
There is no elevator at the property and you need to walk up quite a few stairs. We had a stroller and a few big suitcases. We were able to lift them but it was a hassle with the stroller to go up and down multiple times a day and we possibly would have booked elsewhere had we known this.
