Location is central with an MRT station a 2 minute walk away
They did not have a lift. All bedrooms are reached by stairs

This was a lovely stay! The bed was insanely comfortable and the staff were so attentive and welcomed me everytime I came in. They have a 24 hour reception so I felt very safe as a solo traveller. This accommodation saved me last minute as Trellis Tower gave my room away and cancelled on me less than 24 hours before my booking. The location was excellent, its right in china town which has amazing food and MRT stations right there. Everything is easy to get to and walk to if you like. Its a very cool vibe and theres many restaurants that serve food well into the night. The air was unbelievable too, ice cold if you wanted it to be after a hot day sightseeing !

The kindness and professional manner of the staff and the location.
I'm afraid for us the bed is just far too hard and our night's sleep was impossible. And the shower head leaked badly and was not screwed into the wall.
