Services purchased not respected, no breakfast supplied despite paid for

The size of the apartment was quite good, However, this was the only aspect meriting a like.

The host had apparently forgotten our reservation and this did not lead to a smooth experience at check-in. We were pressurized to say we like it. I just couldn't do that! The apartment was quite dirty in places and had piles of junk in the kitchen and dining room, Knives and forks were quite old and rusty. We didn't receive enough towels. In our bedroom the fabrics smelt of cigarette smoke. The number of plants in the apartment was overpowering and some were not in great shape. Breakfast was not supplied despite it being part of the contract for our stay.
