Ein absoluter Albtraum!

Only the central location in the city

Well...an absolute nightmare! no elevator, requiring a 4-flight climb up the stairs, zero security with a weak wooden unsafe room's door. The "room"...a room of just maybe 8 square meters that was a living hell without windows or natural light, no air conditioning and a fan that only blew hot air in unbearable heat, a barely 40 cm gap between the bed and the wall-mounted TV or other furniture, pillows so high that they caused me a muscular neck damage from a contracture that pinched a nerve, forcing me to buy painkillers just to endure it until I could get out of that place, non-existent cleanliness and hygiene where in five days they didn't clean once, didn't change towels, and left a dirty shower, a tiny common area, a "kitchen" that was actually just the entrance hall where people made noise and shouted, some food also disappearing daily from the shared fridge, ghost staff only reachable via chat, and a horrific customer service, mostly an automatic chatbot in WhatsApp...and on top of that, threatening extra charges if I didn't tidy the room, turn off all lights, and send a photo of the keys in the box before I leave! Don't book here, you'll regret it. Bueno... ¡una auténtica pesadilla! No hay ascensor, hay que subir cuatro tramos de escaleras, la seguridad es nula y la puerta de la habitación es de madera, débil e insegura. La "habitación"...

Very bad experience.

4th floor no elevator; room without windows - claustrophobic - noisy night - (guests ringing door bell during night)...

Decent place to have as a crash pad.

As a place to just stay the night it’s decent. It’s in a great location and has various metro stops nearby. The kitchen’s amenities were good.

The room was small and had only a ceiling fan for ventilation. The room door was pretty thin.

Superb location

I like the new renovated kitchen and bathroom as well the room too... the location is superb... you can easily go to the city.

Just disappointing the stairs going up...no lift. It's exhausting.

Su ubicación inmejorable, limpieza y funcionalidad. Baño compartido, pero solo cada dos habitaciones. Nunca lo encontramos ocupado, y estaba muy limpio. Cama comodísima.

Ausencia de ventanas en la habitación.
