Todo mal. Leedla entera por favor, no quiero que os pase como a mí
Lo único medianamente decente es que está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de MIDI. Que para ir a Brujas y Gante está bien. Aún así da bastante miedo la zona y los alrededores de la estación.
Aquí empieza lo malo, que me falta espacio abajo:
Está muy mal.
El piso está en una de las peores zonas de Bruselas, un barrio muy sucio y según todo el mundo peligroso. Gente de la propia ciudad nos comentaban que ese barrio ese conocido por los robos de móviles y porque allí se mueve gran parte de la droga de la ciudad. Hasta la dueña nos contó que la policía había ido alguna vez al piso por el tema de los robos.
Desde las habitaciones que dan a la calle, los inquilinos con los que coincidimos decían que no se podía dormir por el ruido de peleas y gente gritando por la calle de madrugada.
La dueña es una maleducada. Ponía en el anuncio "Todo el alojamiento es para ti" y cuando llegamos nos enteramos de que era compartido. La reacción de la dueña a nuestra queja fue empezar a gritarnos a mi pareja y a mí diciendo que nos fuéramos de allí y nos devolvía el dinero.
Nos dijo que solo compartiríamos una noche porque no había más reservas, y que en caso de haber más nos avisaría para no asustarnos. Todos los días llegaba gente nueva de la que, en ningún momento, tuvo la decencia de avisarnos.
También hay que destacar que todos los inquilinos con los que hemos coincidido habían reservado pensando que era un alojamiento solo para ellos. También fueron estafados.
Por otro lado lo de cocina totalmente equipada.... solo tiene un frigorífico y congelador (lleno de mierda por cierto), un calentador de agua y un microondas. El gas de la cocina estaba inutilizable, oxidado y las encimeras sucias. La basura no la retiraron, habían cajas de pizzas usadas en los cajones... Para empeorar la situación, la dueña nos quitó el estropajo limpio que habíamos usado para lavar los cubiertos la primera noche. Tuvimos que lavarlos con nuestras toallas.
El baño creo que es mejor no hablar. Está muy sucio, el techo tiene como hongos, el radiador oxidado, el lavabo apenas tiene presión. Y los cajones del mueble... no sé por qué los abrí. Habían pañuelos, moho, unas gafas, una caja de galletas y polvo y pelusas cuanto menos. Que además es el mismo sitio donde está guardado el papel higiénico con el que tendrás que limpiarte tus partes íntimas.
Para variar, algunos los inquilinos eran muy poco higiénicos. Alguna dejó su sujetador y bragas (con caca) colgadas en el cristal de la ducha.
Seguimos con las habitaciones. Nuestra habitación y la que vimos de los otros inquilinos no eran las que se mostraban en las fotos del anuncio. Además, las camas no tenían almohadas, tenían unos cojines pequeños con los que tenías que apañarte. Tampoco hay armarios, así que no pudimos colgar nuestra ropa en ningún sitio.
Para terminar la entrada al piso. Está en una segunda planta con unas escaleras súper estrechas, apenas cabe una persona. Si llevas maletas no te recomiendo subir por ahí. Las barandillas no estaban en buen estado y los escalones inclinados hacia el lado. Parecía que se iban a caer.
Terminamos con la atención de Booking. Llamé para explicar la situación y después de 50 minutos al teléfono solo me llega un correo diciendo que sienten mi frustración y que me dan 25€ para una próxima reserva. Se supone que son una plataforma puntera y que es seguro operar con ellos. Pero dejaron mucho que desear. Ellos también recibirán la correspondiente hoja de reclamaciones
Por favor no reservéis aquí si queréis poder disfrutar de la noche en Bruselas y de un buen descanso en vuestro viaje.
