The new owner was very nice. He talked to us as we were leaving. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had a mini fridge and microwave, and I used both and they worked great. They provided ashtrays outside for smokers. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking. There is a restaurant attached to the motel, but I did not eat there. There is a TV, and it works, although I wasn't sure how to find anything on it as I'm not very TV savvy apart from logging into Netflix. Best part, NO cockroaches or bed bugs or any other bugs spotted during my stay, which is always my biggest worry when booking motels. Wasn't fancy by any means, but I would definitely stay here again.
Only gave us two pillows for a king room, had to ask for more pillows. They are updating the rooms per my conversation with the new owner, but ours wasn't finished yet. Still, it looked ok. I'm guessing the pictures on here are the other rooms which have been updated already. Lights were dim in my room, I had to turn on the room light and two lamps to get enough light. Had a bit of a funky smell in the room, but once it is updated I'd assume it will be gone. Probably from the old carpet still in the room. I believe I was in room 107. Room was also very warm without turning the heat on. It is located right on a main road, which is fine by me, but may be a bit noisy and busy for others with all the traffic. All pretty minuscule problems, nothing to prevent me from staying again.

The price I paid was not what I expected for such a low price. This place is phenomenal. Under construction but very nicely on its way to being top place to stay in area.

Looks like they renovated a lot. Small place but worth it.

Bed was comfortable, AC unit worked well, mini fridge, fine for one night
Seemed sketchy at first, deadbolt on door didn’t latch, room could use some cosmetic upgrades, right off a busy street so was noisy
