Affected by communication with the accommodation provider and a power cut in the flat
It's a really nice place, close to buses, ferries and a beautiful view of Valletta. The apartment is large. The equipment corresponds to the description, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works reliably. Another positive thing is the abundance of adapters for electrical outlets. If something doesn't work, you need to check the cables. For example, the network cable for the wifi fell out. If you order in advance, you will definitely avoid our problems. Or, if you like challenges, you can do it anyway. If there wasn't bad communication and there was electricity (or at least he would have picked up the phone at night and given us advice) - I can imagine a rating of 9.

It should be said that we ordered accommodation a day in advance.
The provider requested photos of our documents to be sent by email, although it is emphasized that they should not be sent. We sent at least the document numbers. He also requested payment of the local accommodation tax, which he wanted to pay immediately. He indicated SEPA payment as the form, which is not made in the Czech Republic on weekends (he wanted to pay on Saturday). I sent a copy of the order confirmation in the morning. The provider still insisted on sending a confirmation of payment, which was not possible - it was made only on Monday. The provider still insisted on sending a confirmation by email and it seemed that he would not provide us with check-in information. We were supposed to receive it at 4:00 PM and it was only given to us at 6:37 PM - when we were already at the airport. Such pressure is unacceptable to me, especially in a situation that I cannot influence. I had to buy more mobile data to get the information.
The instructions were clear and understandable.
When we arrived at the apartment at 1:30, there was no electricity in the entire apartment, it was 30 degrees Celsius and dark. We called the contact number provided, but no one answered. We then called booking and they advised us to call the contact number in the reservation. We started searching the house to see if there was a fault in the main circuit breaker outside the apartment. After about half an hour, we managed to find the switchboard, fortunately the cupboard was not locked, as is customary with us, and the circuit breaker was really off. We flipped the circuit breaker and luckily the electricity worked in the entire apartment. After that, only minor things were dealt with. I don't take the fact that they want a fee for extending the check-out as a negative thing. However, considering the previous things, I was not happy about it.
