Hotel nuovissimo staff efficiente e premuroso aiuta il cliente
La posizione non è delle migliori un po' decentrato scarsa illuminazione un po' lontano dal centro

New hotel, very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Silent. There is drinking water dispenser at the flat in a common area, which is so nice. Bathroom is enriched with consumables like toothbrush, toothpaste, haircomb, soap, razor and even ladies make up stuff. The breakfast is from 8 to 10 AM and as we were to leave at 7 AM, they were so kind to prepare a rich breakfast box at no cost. We needed an early check-in at 6 AM and the hotel kindly accepted it with a very reasonable fee. Other hotels asked half of the cost of the stay for early check-in. Overall a trully exceptional stay.
The room needs either a second chair or a couch. My wife could not sit next to me on the table to arrange our trip. Location is not the best location but with Yandex Go this is not a problem at all.

The best was a girl working at reception desk - Kyzsaikal. Fantastic person. She was helpful in my difficult situation. Very patient and reliable.

Very beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast was varied and very nice. Everything was very clean.
It’s only been open a month so there are naturally a few teething issues. The TV in our room had no live channels and no access to streaming apps either so we couldn’t use it. Also, our showers went cold. We spoke to the manager about this and she apologised and said they will be fixing these problems. I think this hotel will be very successful!
