Die Ausstattung des Hausboots war gut und die Unterkunft war sauber.
Die Darstellung der Unterkunft entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Besonders der Liegeplatz, der Steg und die umliegende Gelände waren Dreckig und unattraktiver als auf den veröffentlichten Bildern.
Eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung, dass das Hausboot ausschließlich stationär genutzt werden darf, halte ich für zwingend erforderlich. Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für einen Angeltrip gebucht, mit dem Ziel, das Hausboot auf dem See zu nutzen und direkt vom Boot aus zu angeln. Die Bilder in der Anzeige vermittelten uns genau diesen Eindruck. Erst vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht möglich war.
Auch für eine rein stationäre Unterkunft empfanden wir den Liegeplatz und die unmittelbare Umgebung als wenig ansprechend. Hotels in der Umgebung waren bei unserem Vergleich etwa ein Drittel günstiger und boten teilweise eine deutlich attraktivere Lage mit schönem Steg.
Zusätzlich empfanden wir die Kameraüberwachung des Geländes und des Stegs als unangenehm. Wir fühlten uns dadurch ständig beobachtet.
Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Uns wurde telefonisch mehrfach zugesagt, dass er persönlich vorbeikommen und uns erklären würde, wie das Hausboot gefahren werden kann. Diese Einweisung fand jedoch nicht statt ein hinhalter. Stattdessen wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet und erhielten unterschiedliche Begründungen, weshalb das Boot angeblich nicht gefahren werden könne. Schließlich wurde behauptet, dass hierfür zwingend ein Bootsführerschein erforderlich sei – eine Aussage, die nach unserer Recherche zum Bootstyp und Motor zumindest erheblich zweifelhaft ist.
**Besonders widersprüchlich:** Booking.com teilte uns im Rahmen unserer Beschwerde ausdrücklich mit, dass das Hausboot lediglich als festliegende Unterkunft versichert ist ahh!
Aufgrund dieser Umstände haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen. Für rund 180 € pro Nacht war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.
