The host is a very kind and easygoing person, our room was perfectly clean, comfortable and cozy, the entire apartment is very tasteful and spacious, the view from the rather big terrace is breathtaking, and the place got two adorable fluffy cats who are just as friendly as their owner. We loved staying here and next time we visit Rome we are sure to return!
The building is a bit further out of the city centre, so one does have to use public transport to get somewhere, but it was fully managable, I wouldn't list it as a big inconvenience.
