Frustrated and disappointed
Location and it is a nicely remodeled old home
No control over heating. Feeble response after multiple requests for assistance with the heating problem. The management company seemed inept and generally disingenuous in their communications. I will never again rent one of their properties. I’m afraid Booking.com’s reputation is somewhat tarnished by association.

Please reference Chris's review as our own experience was almost identical. Two and a half days of emails and phone calls ( hung up on at least four times and once treated to an aggressive tirade in what I now believe to be a Filipino dialect, which unfortunately, I don't speak).
At one point the cleaning lady was sent to repair the somewhat sophisticated heating system with the help of her boss on a video call. The attempt was not successful. This all occurred on work days. No help over the weekend but we were assured that on Monday, the day of our departure, they would look into the problem. My guess is that the temperature is being controlled remotely by the owner or someone else.
As to the infamous missing wine glasses, personally, we did not need wine glasses but were asked to be at home more than once to receive OUR wine glasses. Eventually they were delivered to the poor old man next door. While I am not an expert on English customs, this request seemed odd to be made of vacationers at a holiday rental.
Another guess on my part is that the stove power breaker was off so people would not use the stove as a space heater.
While I am not a complainer by nature, this place begs to be complained about. It takes the cake for my worst experiences.
As for dealing with Flyp Homes LTD, imagine if your landlord was the current president of the United States of America and you will have a good idea of the satisfaction you will receive.

Nice house, but very badly serviced by the agents
Location was good.
Re collecting the keys, the keybox was on a gate behind the house. You have to go down a dark alley between numbers 5 and 6, and turn into another unlit alley. There was nothing on the welcome letter to tell us where to go. And this could be alarming and dangerous for ladies, or people arriving after dark.
There were serious problems, and smaller things such as lack of toilet rolls, wine glasses, dishwasher tablets.
There were 3 serious problems - the heating, the oven, and a light. There was NO HEATING, although the hot water was working. There were 2 controllers in the boiler cupboard, one for heating and "towel" , and a separate one for underfloor heating. All these showed as "On", but there was no heat in the radiators, towel rails or under the floor. There was another control device in the lounge, but it wasn't clear what it did.
We checked that the controls were set to be On, so far as we could tell, but did not alter temperatures or anything else.
We reported this at 22.11pm on Friday 9th October. At 22.37 we were asked me to take photos of the controllers and send them to you. Flyp did respond at 17.32 on Saturday, and said: "We sincerely apologies that the heating is still not working. We are escalating this as a priority and will arrange for this to be checked " But they didn't contact us again, offer advice, or send anyone round.
The OVEN did not work. Eventually, we found the power supply "fusebox" in a cupboard, and the circuitbreaker/isolator was in the down position. The oven did work when we switched the Isolator up, but we turned it off again after we'd finished cooking. I raised this with Flyp, as it seems unlikely that someone would isolate the supply to the oven unless there was a problem, or the supply had tripped due to some fault. This needs to be checked by a qualified electrician before you rent the house out again. Flyp acknowledged this in their response.
There were 2 bedside lights in the 1st floor double bedroom, but ONLY ONE HAD A LIGHTBULB. We didn't see any spare bulbs, so we unplugged the light. This seems a minor issue, but bedroom lights should work. And what if someone had small children who tried to turn the light on?

Could be a very nice property but needs attention and better beds
Spacious and very clean. Good location
Beds are very uncomfortable.
V limited and basic kitchen equipment - no wine glasses only small tumblers.
No welcome pack- no tea coffee etc
Oven tripped the electrics so couldn’t be used and back door handle broken
