Clean and practical

Great stay, the apartment was very clean and new and everything worked well. Easy access to building and apartment as everything was electronic only so no need to worry about keys. Quiet street, but close to some nice spots for breakfast or some drinks.

Parking was hard, limited to what you can find nearby, you cannot park in the area close to the apartment between 9PM and 7AM and if parking on the street (manageable if you're a bit lucky and get there around 7-8PM) you have to pay between 9AM and 8PM (0.5€/30mins). Other parking options in proximity also require paying to stay overnight. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

Extremely difficult to lock the door (electronic lock fault?), i.e. safety and security issue.

Great location and an excellent range of equipment, well beyond what is normally available in a short-term letting accommodation. The windows isolated the outside noise exceptionally well as well. It was also clean and fresh. Unfortunately, there was a serious issue with locking the door to the apartment, which was not even taken seriously by the operator despite being a safety and security issues. Electronic locking was not working properly, sometimes taking almost 50 attempts to before it worked, wasting a lot of our time and making us feel less secure. I even had to send them a video of the problem, when they even acknowledged already knowing about the problem. [Initially, there was not even a pull knob on the outside of the door, which meant it was extremely difficult to even attempt to close the door, but this was addressed by installing a pull knob. However, the locking problem persisted and remained unresolved throughout our 6-night stay.] The main problem was the very dismissive attitude of the operator regarding the door problems, and that it was not addressed during our 6-night stay despite having pressed for a resolution many times. This is a serious safety and security issue, resulting in a rating of 1. In addition, Wifi was not working properly and the password (correctly entered) was rejected on multiple devices despite entering it correctly. Only one device could connect to the wifi as a consequence. Again, this was dismissed by the operator as having been tested and it was all fine, when it really was not functioning as intended (this is in addition to being provided with an incorrect password by the operator in the first place). The door problem was a great disappointment as we would have given this property a rating of 10 if it were not for the door problems (and to a lesser extent, the wifi problem).
