WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE VILLA
What I love most are the evenings: dinner at the long table under the pergola as the sky turns pink and orange over the pines, a bottle from the cellar, and nowhere to drive afterwards. In the morning, a swim, the sauna, then a 5-minute walk to the village for coffee and the Friday market. It's our family home, designed for long, easy days together.

THE VILLA
420 m² of living space set in 3,600 m² of private Mediterranean gardens, a 5-minute walk from Valbonne village. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Air-conditioned throughout. Generous reception rooms made for family gatherings, a top-end chef's kitchen, a cinema room for movie nights, Frame TVs and fibre internet.

Plenty of space to be together and apart: a large garden, a private pool (not heated), three outdoor dining areas including a long table under the pergola, and a cinema room for rainy evenings. The village cafés and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away.

WELLNESS
Outdoor sauna and a fully equipped gym: bike, elliptical, walking pad, weights, yoga and Pilates gear. Private Pilates classes on request.

WINE & DINING
A state-of-the-art wine cellar with grands crus available to guests, a Weber BBQ and a kitchen garden with tomatoes, courgettes and Provençal herbs. Private chef on request.

Valbonne has one of the highest concentrations of golf courses on the French Riviera, with 7 courses within 7 km of the village:

THE VILLAGE AND THE RIVIERA
A 5-minute walk to Valbonne's car-free medieval square, its cafés, restaurants and Friday Provençal market. E-bikes provided. Within 30 minutes by car: the hilltop village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and its art galleries, Grasse and its perfume houses, Mougins and its restaurants, the old town of Antibes and the Picasso Museum, Cannes and its Croisette, and the beaches of the Riviera. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about 30 minutes away.

Private parking for up to 6 cars. A personal welcome and a house guide with our favourite local addresses: restaurants, markets, golf courses and walks.

EV charger, laundry room, optional cleaning service.
