Enjoy a heated pool (heating included at no extra cost), hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, and outdoor movie screen. The garage game room features pool, ping pong, skee-ball, and arcade basketball. Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome! Perfect for group getaways, family vacations, and girls’ weekends.

Inside, the open-concept living room greets you with a hand-painted tropical mural, a plush rust-velvet sofa, and leopard-print accent chairs — the perfect spot to unwind before the adventure begins. It flows straight into a bright, fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a built-in beverage fridge, and everything you need to cook like home.

Down the hall, three uniquely themed bedrooms await. The Bird Room wraps you in a soft, sculptural crane mural with a king bed and smart TV. The Panther Room turns up the drama with a moody jungle scene, two black panthers watching over a plush king bed. And the Monkey Room is built for groups — two sets of bunk beds tucked beneath a playful monkey motif, comfortably sleeping the whole crew.

Step outside and the fun really begins. Cool off in the private pool, soak in the bubbling hot tub, or slip into the cedar barrel sauna as the sun sets. Lounge on rope-hung patio swings strung with string lights, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or catch a movie on the outdoor projector screen next to the brand-new grill.

For rainy days (or friendly competition), the garage has been transformed into a jungle-themed game room — complete with a pool table, arcade basketball, and skee-ball, all under a bold "Escape the Ordinary" mural and cozy tiki-hut seating.

Spook-Track-Ula: Select evenings through Oct 31 | McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. Hop aboard the Paradise & Pacific Railroad for a spooky train ride. You'll also find carousel rides, a haunted walkthrough, and a new Storybook Train Ride. Timed entry runs from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and wristbands are required.

Canal Convergence: Nov 6–15 | Scottsdale Waterfront. A free, 10-night festival of large-scale light art along the Arizona Canal, with live music and dance, workshops, food trucks, and a beer & wine garden. This year's theme is "Western Nature."

American Cup Championship Arabian Horse Show: Nov 13–15 | WestWorld of Scottsdale. See beautiful Arabian horses compete in this championship show.

Note: Pet Policy: We welcome small dogs under 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate cats.

Pool Temperature: We aim to maintain the pool around 80–83°F for comfortable swimming. Please note that temperatures may vary depending on weather and outdoor conditions.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, a signed amenities waiver, and ID verification.

You also have the option to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are completely optional.
