The Space
A designer apartment with a spacious private terrace, just a short walk from the beach and downtown. La Vela Luxury Apartment, which opened in June 2025, offers an elegant and comfortable stay in one of Pescara’s best neighborhoods, ideal for enjoying both the beach and the city.
The bright, meticulously designed rooms are furnished with contemporary style and high-quality materials, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both short and extended stays.
The apartment features a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, a queen-size bedroom with a bathroom and direct access to the terrace, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a 55" flat-screen TV, a dining table for 8 people, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other appliances.
The real highlight is the large private terrace, an outdoor space ideal for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, or enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners in complete tranquility.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown, it’s the perfect choice for couples, families, and anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Italian-style stay.
If you’re traveling with a child, please let us know in advance, and we can provide our crib (for ages 0–3) for a one-time additional fee of €15 to cover sanitization and linens.
