About this house rental
Villa Loco, a typical "casa rurale" (country home), impresses with its exceptionally charming location: The house, surrounded by palm trees and nestled in a lush, rural landscape, is situated near the world-famous steep coastline of Capo Vaticano. The beautiful historic center of Tropea—7 km away—is just a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest fine sandy beach is only 1 km away, about a 10-minute walk.
The villa was once the home of a contadino, a small farmer, who cultivated the surrounding fields. The current owner has renovated the house with great style. Thus, the broad, white walls and the simple yet beautiful interior create the unique ambiance of peaceful rural life.
The single-story building features two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, a large living room with a sofa, and two bathrooms (shower, toilet, and bidet). The living room features two sofas and satellite TV.
From the living room, you have access to the gorgeous outdoor kitchen-living area—which is very comfortable and spacious—and to the covered terrace with a stone grill. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen and living room overlook the exceptionally beautiful and unique garden, which is entirely at guests’ disposal, featuring potted plants, a stone fountain, and a stone bench and table.
The beautifully landscaped, lush garden features banana bushes, small cacti, agaves, olive trees, and other plants, particularly palm trees.
You may park your car on the fenced property. There is also an excellent restaurant and pizzeria nearby. Shops and a supermarket are both very close to the property.

House and garden are really nice (especially the garden is fantastic) and the members of the Adilardi family are all very friendly. Shops and some restaurants are nearby.
Beach is far to walk and the beaches you reach by foot are not very nice. So I would not recommend to stay there without a car.
